Ramadhan, Layanan PDAM Normal PDF Print E-mail

TANGERANG, WARTA - Meski memasuki bulan Ramadhan, pelayanan loket pembayaran tagihan PDAM Tirta Benteng beroperasi norma. Empat loket disediakan setiap harinya, dengan jam operasional mulai pukul 08.00 WIB- 14.00 WIB.





" Pelayanan berjalan seperti biasa, baik dari penyaluran air pada pelanggan, loket pembayaran, pengaduan ataupun kegiatan perbaikan apabila diperlukan," kata Humas PDAM TB Kota Tangerang, Ichsan Sodikin, Senin (23/7/2012).

 


Untuk memudahkan pelanggan, pembayaran tagihan juga bisa dilakukan melalui beberapa kantor cabang BRI yang telah bekerjasama.


Dia juga meminta masyarakat tak sungkan, melaporkan hal-hal terkait layanan, karena bagian hubungan pelanggan (Hublang) PDAM TB juga berjalan normal.(Ade f/warta)
