Gaji Buruh Tangerang Paling Rendah Rp 1,605 Juta PDF Print E-mail

TANGERANG, WARTA - Sejak diterbitkannya Surat Keputusan (SK) Gubernur Banten No 561/KEP.2-HUK/2012 tentang penetapan Upah Minimum Kabupaten/Kota Tangerang, maka buruh di Kab/Kota Tangerang dan Kota Tangerang Selatan paling rendah Rp 1,605 juta hingga Rp 1,758 juta per bulan.



"Kami tentu saja menyambut baik adanya SK Ini. Perjuangan para buruh tidak sia-sia," ungkap Riden Hatam Azis, anggota SPSB Tangerang seraya menuturkan perbedaan gaji itu tergantung klasifikasi industri atau sektor yang digeluti.


Pengurus Aliansi SPSB Tangerang lainnya, Pramuji Adi Purnama mengatakan, perubahan UMK ini harus diterapkan mulai 1 Februari 2012 oleh pengusaha karena aturannya sudah ada.


Diketahui, awalnya buruh mendesak Gubernur Banten Ratu Atut Chosiyah merivisi UMK Tangerang 2012 dari Rp1.381.000 menjadi Rp 1.529.150. Mereka menilai tuntutan tersebut sesuai dengan tingginya harga kebutuhan pokok. (ade/003/warta)
