Dirjen HKI Musnahkan 64.954 VCD Bajakan PDF Print E-mail

TANGERANG, WARTA - Direktorat Jenderal Hak  Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI), Kementerian Hukum dan HAM RI  memusnahkan 64.954 keping VCD, DVD dan Blueray hasil bajakan, Rabu (25/4).

 

 

 

Pemusnahan yang didigelar di kantor HKI di Jalan Daan Mogot KM 24 Tangerang dipimpin langsung Menteri Hukum dan HAM Amir Syamsudin, dan disaksikan langsung Dirjen HKI, Prof. Dr. Ahmad M. Ramli, Bupati Tangerang, Walikota Tangerang, Walikota Tangsel, Kepala Kepolisian Polda Metro Jaya, Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi Jakarta,Kepala Bareskrim Kepolisian RI/Korwas PPNS.

 

 

 

Menkumham menuturkan, maraknya pembajakan antara lain diakibatkan kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk menghargai hal cipta. Selain itu, pembajakan tak hanya merugikan pemilik aslinya tapi juga konsumen.

 

 

 

“Pembinaan moral masyarakat merupakan hal yang sangat vital dalam mencegah maraknya praktek pembajakan,” ungkapnya .

 

 

 

Dirjen HKI, Prof. Dr. Ahmad M. Ramli menambahkan selain memusnahkan CD, DVD dan Blue ray bajakan, pihaknya juga memusnahkan onderdil kendaraan bermotor yang dipalsukan,  antara lain mesin-mesin dengan merek Honda palsu, velg motor dengan merek RGV palsu, pelanggaran Paten Insulasi Panas dan lain-lain.(ade f/warta)c
